I've been through loads of stress nowdays due to work, boys and stuff.
Or maybe it's just PMS. Heh.
So here's my..
5 tips on how to relax/clam yourselfNot all of these can work for you, but most of it does. It's common sense, but yeah. Whatev.
#1- Drink water.
The funny thing is, when my bro was in Primary School, and when his teacher asked what he did to calm himself down, he said, he drank water and was laughed at. I wanted to laugh to, but in the end, I found that it does actually help.
Like, you drink it all in. Slurp! Excess.. comes out. Tada.
Oh yes, water I'm referring to is, plain drinking water not sweetened drinks okay.
#2- Breathein and out. You know this one.
#3- Listen to hardcore songs or songs which you like,if #2 fails.

Best done if you can sing it out loud, if you can't, keep it to yourself. Stare outside the window. Emo all the way. It won't hurt, it just releases negativity.
